North Central London Integrated Care Board Change Update
Report of the Director of Place (West), North Central London Integrated Care Board.
This report provides the Committee with a progress update on the proposed merger between the North Central London (NCL) and North West London (NWL) Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and the development of the new West and North London Integrated Care Board.
The Committee previously received an update on these proposals in December 2025. The accompanying presentation provides a further update on progress towards the merger, which is due to take effect on 1 April 2026, and outlines the emerging strategic priorities and operating model for the new organisation.

Progress update on good work and employment
Report of the Director of Health and Wellbeing.
Good work and employment was one of the three short-term priority areas of the Camden Health and Wellbeing Strategy, with a focus on supporting people furthest from the labour market (e.g. people with learning disabilities) into good work. This issue was last presented to the Health and Adult Social Care Scrutiny Committee in December 2024. The purpose of this report is to update the Committee on progress made towards improving the employment and health support offer available to Camden residents, covering work delivered by Camden’s Health and Wellbeing Department, Camden’s in-house Good Work Camden employment service, the work of the Clinical Lead for Work and Health and the development of a collaborative Work and Health Steering Group to oversee and manage the implementation of work and health programmes being delivered locally and regionally. This report also considers the upcoming changes to the welfare system (see section 7).

Neighbourhood Health and Care
Report of the Executive Director Adults and Health.
The purpose of this report is to provide the Health and Adult Social Care (HASC) Scrutiny Committee with an update on the development of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams in Camden.
Integrated Neighbourhood Teams are part of the wider Camden Neighbourhoods Programme which is a strategic priority for Camden’s borough partnership being driven by Camden’s Integrator arrangement in partnership with the London Borough of Camden and NHS partners.
This report provides an overview of Camden’s partnership approach to neighbourhoods, set within the context of national policy agendas including the long-term reform of the National Health Service.
