  Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code Self-assessment - London Borough of Camden 2022-2023 update

  

  Report of the Borough Solicitor.

   

  In June 2023 the Council’s Complaints Policy and Procedure (2019) and Remedies Policy (2020) were reviewed, updated and agreed. Therefore, this is the London Borough of Camden’s updated 2022/2023 self-assessment against the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code (‘the Code’).

  It is a requirement to present this updated self-assessment to the relevant governing body.
