  Declarations of Interest

  

  All Members who believe they have a Disclosable Pecuniary or other in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to the circumstances described in Section 4  paragraph 4.3 of the Councillors’ Code of Conduct, leave the meeting while the matter is discussed.

   

  Members are reminded that under paragraph 4.5 of the Code, a general dispensation has been provided to all members of the Council (who do not otherwise have a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest) to take part and vote on items on the Council agenda for 8^th March 2021 in relation to setting the Council Tax or a precept under the Local Government Finance Act 1992.
